Beautiful seminar house with garden

Beautiful, alternative seminar house with 5 bedrooms, 2 caravans, a covered terrace, large garden, and fire pit. In the attic, there is a 40 sqm seminar room for up to 15 people. Currently, the house is mainly suitable from spring to autumn. Please also contact us before booking if you need more detailed information about the house and property. The space Dear guests There is currently accommodation for about 10 people in the seminar house during the summer. The property is about 1000 square metres, with a beautiful garden and a fireplace. The house is situated on a road, but there is little traffic. 4 rooms with double bed in the house 1 room with single bed in the house 1 double bed in the small caravan 2 single beds in the large caravan 6 single mattresses for sleeping in the seminar room ( May to October ) 2 tents with single mattresses ( May to September ) Sufficient bedding is available. The house is mainly used for small seminar groups and as a meditation place. But private overnight stays are also possible. The 40 sqm seminar room is currently only available from around April to November. A beautiful small swimming lake in the forest can be reached by car in 8 minutes. Guest access You have access to all areas and the garden Other things to note This house and its surroundings are mainly used as a meditation space and a cozy spot for small group retreats. It’s a place that’s always evolving and growing. If you're into alternative lifestyles, you'll probably love the vibe here. Just keep in mind – it’s not a modern 5-star hotel. Things are a bit rustic, with their own quirks and character – and that’s exactly what makes it so special.
