Does not run on weekends. Decorative Koi Pond is not fenced. Children and pets must be supervised at all times. Shared spaces note: This rental unit has a private and secure entrance, but home has shared spaces outside rental unit. These are: game room, laundry room, and outdoor spaces including hot tub.
