Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy and recently renovated home. You are within a few short walking blocks of the beach and the shops/restaurants of town. The home also boasts a spacious and private yard, perfect for running around with the kids or gathering around an evening fire under the summer stars. Do Note: there is no TV. We have do have games, books, and puzzles. Enjoy time away from the screen! The space This is a single floor, two bedroom, property with an abundance of natural light. Both bedrooms have plenty of space, great for couples or for families. The kitchen is roomy and the bathroom is remodeled with new shower and modern vanity. The entry way is also large, perfect for those cross country skis and boots. To top it off, you have a cozy back deck to take in the day. NOTE: there is a tenant on the second floor. They are expected to comply with the same quiet hours we ask of you, 10pm-8am. If you would like that adjust to earlier (perhaps you have little ones) just let us know and we'll have a conversation with them. Previous guests comment consistently on how quiet the space is. Guest access You have access to the entire first floor. The basement is locked and not for guest access. There is a tenant above you on the second floor. They have agreed to the same quiet hours we ask of our guests, 10pm-8am. While we rarely ever have a complaint and as you'll see from previous guest's reviews that their is minimal sound transfer, IF there are any issues with sound or privacy, contact us right away so that we can mitigate the issue. Nothing is more frustrating as a host as when we find out after the guest has left that there was a problem we could have addressed. Other things to note We allow one dog to join you on your stay. We have a hard no cat policy. If you'd like to inquire about bringing an additional dog for an added fee, please message us details. There is no air conditioning. The house stays cool for most of summer with only the windows open. We do supply fans. You will be texted an arrival guide which lists our house rules including check in and check out times, as well as, requests to help tidy up so that we can keep our cleaning fees low. If these policies are not followed, we may need to contact Airbnb to request additional cleaning fees. Thank you! NOTE: strict no party policy and specific quiet hours of 10pm-8am. We also want to make it clear: All are welcome at our property. We are specifically accepting of LGBTQ guests and others who identify as a minority.
