The Lodge Villa Mayanki, completed in 2021, is located directly in front of the sea with direct access to the beach, offering a panoramic view of 28 meters of seafront on 700 m2 of garden. Electrical autonomy in case of load shedding (battery, etc.) 24-hour guards, a gardener and a housekeeper for your comfort The space ✨ A charming villa in the heart of Nosy Be Nestled in a tropical nature setting, facing the Indian Ocean, Lodge Villa Mayanki is an exceptional family home by the sea that elegantly combines discreet luxury, modern comfort and Malagasy authenticity, to offer an unforgettable stay to families, groups of friends or travelers in search of serenity and exoticism. 🏡 A house designed for wellness and sharing Built in a contemporary tropical style, the Lodge Villa Mayanki seduces with its sober and warm architecture: traditional roofs, exposed beams, natural materials, large openings to the outside. The house includes: • 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, comfortable bedding and refined decoration mixing wood, bricks, waxed concrete and local touches. Each of its rooms has access to its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A foldable baby crib is available. • A spacious open living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large sheltered outdoor terrace and full west combining a cozy living room and dining room. And upstairs a TV area and 2 desks connected to fiber... and a sofa for 2 extra beds. • A pool with stunning sea views, surrounded by deckchairs, palm trees and shaded areas. • An ideal rotunda for a nap a few meters from the beach, sheltered from the sun on one of the 6 deckchairs. This is also the smoking area, the entire property being non-smoking. • An outdoor kitchen with a cocktail bar, sink and charcoal barbecue. • A covered and closed hard garage where it is possible to store cars (2), quads and motorcycles under the supervision of the guards. Guest access We come to spend 3 months a year in our Lodge during the rainy season, but for the rest of the year, we have put in place everything necessary to allow others to enjoy this peaceful retreat. the Lodge is therefore at the disposal of guests However, our on-site team will be able to welcome you First of all, on a practical level, please let us know your arrival time at Villa Mayanki. If you arrive from the airport or from the barge, we will pick you up to take you to Villa Mayanki, this is part of our package. Same for your return. On the other hand, only one trip for 1 vehicle for check-in and check-out. Bernardin, the "manager" of Villa Mayanki, will meet you and be your contact if you want to enjoy excursions or other activities. At the Villa you will be welcomed by the team, Clemencia, housekeeper, Lopez, gardener and Tahina the head of the surveillance company that ensures the safety of Villa Mayanki. Tahina is present from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is replaced all night by 2 other guards. The entire team knows how to remain discreet, and no one on the team sleeps at the Villa, which is entirely at your disposal. After many years in Mayotte, we were able to discover in Nosy Be a peaceful haven, an authentic and warm place to stay 🌺. It was here, driven by the kindness of the locals and the beauty of the island, that our dream took shape. In 2016, we had the rare opportunity to acquire a plot of land, with our feet in the water🌊, on 28 meters of waterfront directly overlooking the beach. From there was born the Lodge Villa Mayanki, built with respect for Malagasy traditions, with noble and durable materials. More than a house, it is a project of the heart, designed as a refuge, a place of sharing, calm and beauty🌴. Since 2021, we have returned to France and our villa lives all year round thanks to an exceptional local team of dedication. Bernardin, the manager, will be able to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. Tahina, head of the Prosecurity protection company and his 2 colleagues (at night) ensure discreet security, Clemencia takes care of the laundry and the house🧺, Lopez beautifies the garden and maintains the pool🌿. And if you feel like it, a cook can introduce you to the generous flavors of Nosy Be 🍛. All these staff know how to remain discreet, and none of them sleep on site at the Villa. The Lodge is fully at your disposal. 🏡 You will enjoy a naturally ventilated Villa because it is fully west-facing, with stunning views of the ocean and the island of Sakatia. Exotic woods, palm leaf roof, handmade mosquito nets… everything has been designed to combine comfort, authenticity and respect for the environment. With its large 700 m² plot, swimming pool, kiosk for naps, modern facilities (autonomous electricity in case of power outage⚡, summer kitchen and barbecue, secure garage, etc.), the Lodge Villa Mayanki is ready to welcome your family and friends in the best conditions. And finally, the Villa, whether indoors or outdoors, is non-smoking. Only the rotunda is reserved for smokers. This prohibition is motivated not only for public health reasons but also because the construction of the Lodge has used a lot of wooden framework. In addition, the vast majority of roofs are made of particularly flammable palm leaves. The vehicle(s) parked in the garage can be a source of fire. And finally, the presence of gasoline cans necessary to operate the generator in the event of a very long electrical load shedding, the high-capacity battery taking over on the front line for about ten hours.
