La Grange de la Pommeraie, charming cottage for 11 people

The cottage enjoys a privileged location, in Upper Normandy, 2 hours from Paris, 30 minutes from Rouen and 15 minutes from Dieppe, the nearest beach. Etretat, Veules-les-Roses, Fécamp, Deauville, Giverny, are not far away either... 4-star rating with sauna, pool table and Green up socket for electric car (remember to bring the 220v socket). The space The barn of the Pommeraie has a story... former barn of the neighboring farm, farm of the castle of Omonville, it was used to store the cider harvest. The traces found during the preparation of the work showed us that in 1836 many bottles were still there. Now nothing :-) As lovers of Upper Normandy, our wish was to give a second life to this Normandy heritage and to take the opportunity to welcome visitors, just as we had done before in our Gîte La Pommeraie, a cottage at the bottom of the garden where we now live. The Grange de la Pommeraie is therefore an old barn renovated by an architect, in a relaxing and green setting. It has, among other things, a sauna, a pool table and a pellet stove and outside a 30 m² terrace and a 1300 m² private garden. Guest access The house is rented in full and offers private parking and a garden Other things to note The cottage opened in mid-May 2023 after 2 years of work. Weekday rental for a minimum of 3 nights. The house has a Green up electric car charging socket (extra charge of €0.30/kWh to be paid on site – specific meter), remember to bring your 220v type socket Pets only allowed in the living rooms on the ground floor (1 pet maximum) Flexible on check-in and check-out times, but you must notify us in advance. Bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase) are not included in the rental, they are offered as a package at €60 on request to be paid on arrival. Towels are not provided.
