Private beach and private dock across private street. Gently wade into the water for protected swimming and kayaking. Perfect little beach great for the kiddos! Three levels. Master bedroom ensuite is on the main with access to a covered porch. Two bedrooms up with the fourth on terrace level. The space Real Log cabin. Cozy rooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Great out door spaces. A wrap around deck with great views. Short walk across to the private dock to sit and e it the view or swim in clean lake Keowee. There are kayaks, a canoe, paddle boards, and a lily pad available to rent at an additional cost. Guest access Locked doors are generally storage areas or mechanical rooms. Please do not attempt to access locked rooms or repair the electronics or Wi-Fi. If there are any issues we are happy to assist. Other things to note The home is on very clean city water but has its own septic. Please limit water usage and do not flush anything down the toilets. We are in a rural area and living in a home like this requires special care. Please keep windows and doors closed while air conditioning is running. Note: This home has a generator that powers the entire home. In case of power outage your internet and power will continue.
