In a quiet location, within walking distance of the SRH Clinic on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. For solo travelers, families and couples. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and can be supplemented with a folding bed if necessary. The space The 2-room apartment is located in the basement of the two-family house with a separate entrance. The living space is approximately 60 m². The private terrace (approx. 10 m²) is nestled in greenery and invites you to linger in fine weather. Immediately after entering the apartment is the guest toilet on the left and the bright wardrobe. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is visible from the hallway with a glass-paneled door. The living room with cable TV and access to the terrace leads to the bedroom and from there directly to the bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Guest access The entire apartment is at the guests' disposal. As well as the adjoining terrace (midday sun) with garden furniture. Other things to note All leisure activities in the region are possible; hiking in the Black Forest or the Vosges, mountain biking, road cycling, city tours (Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Strasbourg, Freiburg...), two outlets nearby (Roppenheim and Metzingen). Wineries between Baden and Palatinate... In 250 meters there is retail with a bakery in the town center, and 600 meters away there is an industrial area with further shopping facilities such as Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, dm, nkd and bakeries. The S-Bahn connection is about 500 m away. You can go to the Sportbar Triangel or the Grüner Baum for food, each with its own beer garden. The area can be explored on foot, by bike or by car. Popular excursion destinations are Bad Herrenalb, the Dobel, Bad Wildbad, Enzkösterle or the Maulbronn Monastery.
