Seaside house in ILUKA

My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, the people. It’s close to IGA super market and the new THE ILUKA bar and bistro. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). The space My place is two story house ,upstairs I am living with my wife and kids.The entire downstairs are for available so that you get privacy,you have not to share with us. It includes living room which got fridge ,microwave and dining table . A temporary kitchen is set up in side of laundry for light cooking.There is verandah as well which got ocean view. In downstairs there is separate bathroom with towels (all bathroom needs available shampoo,bodywash etc ) The park is 2 min away and beach is 5 minutes walk where you can enjoy beachside restaurant and café or you can sit there and watch sun set. As well enjoy a very nice coastal walk Guest access Guest got private access from front door as we use the back door. Getting to the Property; The property is around 45 minutes drive from the International airport and 40 minutes from the domestic airport (both times are off peak). A taxi will cost about AUD$90 from the domestic and around AUD$100 from the International airport. There is no direct airport shuttle to this area, you could get an airport shuttle to the city (URL HIDDEN) approx 20 mins from domestic terminal), then the northern (Butler) line train to Joondalup Train Station ( 25 mins) and then you have 15 mins bus ride to the proprty or you have AUD$15 to AUD$20 cab ride (5-10 mins) to the property if you do not have a hire car. In the event that I cannot be at the property at check-in your key will be available . Details will be provided once booked.
