Responsibility for Damage: As a responsible pet owner, please understand that any damage caused by your Service Animal or Pet during your stay will be your responsibility. NOTICE: You give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guest access GUEST ACCESS Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We usually cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. We have a keyless entry, and a code will be sent before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for a locked owner's closet and storage area. For parking, please park your vehicle in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Other things to note Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. There will be a limited selection of spices and cooking oil. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. We recommend packing essentials like toiletries, an extra hairdryer, napkins, condiments, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect.
