During your stay you will be able to enjoy full access to what the unit offers free parking, as well as a designated covered parking space. The Greater Heights area of Houston comprises a large, mostly- residential neighborhood just minutes northwest of Downtown. The upscale homes and close proximity to the city center (plus easy access to three major interstate highways) make this a highly desirable location for all. Car, public transportation, Lyft/Uber Please make sure to park in the assigned parking space spot... so that your vehicle will not be towed!! We will not reimburse for towing, should you park illegally. Valet Trash Pickup: Trash pick up Sunday through Thursday (except holidays). You can place your trash outside thr apartment door, between 6 PM and 8 PM. The trashcan must be placed back inside thr apartment prior to 7 AM. If you miss trash pick up, have more to take out, or need to take out on weekends … there are dumpsters throughout the community. *Ther are fines for leaving the trashcan out during the day* Gym: open 24 hours You may use the gate opener, in order to enter from the back or side door. Parking: You are assigned one parking space, during your stay.
