The living room sofa is convertible (very comfortable 140 bed). - A first bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a dressing room. - Another bedroom with a sofa bed (140), and a large closet. - A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit with storage. - In addition to the area of the house, a garage/laundry area of 17 m2 with storage possibility, with a washing machine, a dryer and a second toilet. - A 100 m2 garden with plancha and barbecue available, garden furniture, deckchair and chiliennes, and large parasol.
