What happens if police are called: - The city fines us as hosts - We're legally required to pass that fine to guests: $250-$750 - Multiple violations can shut down our ability to host The good news: You can absolutely keep celebrating inside after 10 PM! Just close all windows and doors, and you'll be perfectly fine. We'll quietly access from the side gate and won't disturb you. (If you need advance notice, just let us know!) That means sharing space with Florida's natural residents.
