Large apartment of 110 square meters consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub, large living room with a sofa and separate kitchen both with access to the balcony. Ideal for families and large groups who love tranquility and strategic location to quickly reach all the places of greatest interest in Verona. In a few minutes you can reach the center, the fair, ring roads, highway, airport and also the lake and parks of Garda. The space Smoking is prohibited in the house: Smoking is available throughout the balcony. We would like to know in advance and will provide ashtray to avoid soiling the environment. The back garden is condominium but can not be used unless formally requested. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor (ramps of stairs to do since there is no elevator). By car: you can park for free in a square 350 meters away. By bus: there is a bus stop in front of the house. We provide essential tableware and linen based on reservations. Other things to note CHECK-IN: We kindly ask you to organize us with the check-in time, preferably from 1230 to 1930. CHECK-OUT: As we all ask to respect the check-out time around 10/11 in the morning to facilitate cleaning and the possible arrival of additional customers. Unless specifically requested, it may be delayed. CLEANING: We provide the real cleaning, however, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in good condition: in particular we care about the daily garbage closed in a bag and any plastic and glass separated from it as well as cleaning dishes and kitchen if used.
