Large 110-square-meter apartment consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a large living room with a sofa, and a separate kitchen, both with access to the balcony. Ideal for families and large groups who love tranquility and a strategic location to quickly reach all the most interesting places in Verona. In a few minutes you can reach the center, the fair, ring roads, highway, airport and even the lake and parks of Garda. The space No smoking in the house: you can smoke on the entire balcony. We would appreciate knowing in advance and will provide ashtrays to avoid dirtying the environment. The back garden is a condominium but cannot be used except upon formal request. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor (flights of stairs to climb since there is no elevator). By car: you can park for free in a square 350 meters away. By bus: there is a bus stop in front of the house. We provide essential dishes and linen based on reservations. Other things to note CHECK-IN: We kindly ask you to arrange a check-in time, preferably between 12:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. CHECK-OUT: Like everyone, we ask that you respect the check-out time of around 10/11 in the morning to facilitate cleaning and the possible arrival of additional customers. Unless specifically requested, it may be delayed. CLEANING: We provide real cleaning, however, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in good condition: in particular, we care about the daily garbage closed in a bag and any plastic and glass separated from it as well as the cleaning of dishes and kitchen if used.
