It is structured on three floors: Ground floor: - large living room with smart TV, armchair and double sofa bed. - kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. - outdoor terrace with lake view, table, chairs and awning for shade. -large garden and terrace overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture (sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrella). - bathroom with shower. Second floor: -bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet. -bedroom with two single beds. - terrace with great lake view, chairs and coffee table. - bathroom with tub and shower and an additional terrace overlooking the lake. Here, the days are brightened by the presence of the lifeguard, the bar and the beach volleyball, soccer and bocce courts.
