Ponzano street is the most fashionable place in the city, and our apartment is located on the same street, which means that our guests will be just a few steps away from some of the best bars and restaurants in Madrid. Capacity and bedrooms: Our apartment has one bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a place to rest after a day of sightseeing in Madrid. One of the bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the other has a sofa bed, which means we can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 people. All beds have comfortable mattresses and high quality bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. However, it is important to note that the room is on a mezzanine level, so very tall people will need to be careful when moving around the space. We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, which means guests can save money on restaurants and eat in the comfort of their own space. In the Kitchen: Welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwashing liquid 30ml for efficient cleaning. 1 sponge for effortless cleaning. 1 multi-purpose cloth for keeping the kitchen sparkling clean. 1 garbage bag for convenient waste disposal. Important Note: For hygienic reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Cot option available for travellers with babies for a supplement. Supplement of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. Trash cans on the street after 8:00 PM. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking.
