RAF Mobile Aviation Control Tower

A unique holiday space which is a converted RAF mobile aviation control tower with a perfect little living area. From a sofa which converts into a double bed, kitchen and dining , wine fridge, this holiday home has everything you need for a memorable getaway. With a stairway to the observatory for additional dining and perfect for a panoramic view while relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Outside patio/garden for bbq and alfresco dining. Private toilet and shower block is a short walk away. The space This Aviation Control Tower has been sympathetically converted to create an exciting and comfortable place to retreat to. The viewing platform, accessed through internal stairway, is perfect to observe both the local countryside, wildlife and after stunning sunsets the dark night skies. There’s also a relaxing daybed that easily converts into a comfortable double bed. The kitchen area is well equipped for holiday cooking, even supplied with a wine cooler! The outside area is enclosed to keep dogs in. There’s a barbecue that can be fired with convenient foil picnic barbecues. We supply one and if extras are needed during your stay you can purchase from us. A couple of comfortable picnic chairs to sit back and soak up the peace and quiet of Langston Farm! Guest access The Aviation Control Tower is situated in it’s own fenced and gated garden. Parking space can be used alongside the Control Tower’s entrance gate. The holiday home has it’s own driveway off the farm track. Any guests are welcome to walk around our farmland (dogs on leads please) and take advantage of the footpaths that lead from our farm to either Shillingstone or Okeford Fitzpaine.
