Beautiful Villa with incredible terrace, private heated pool facing south and panoramic views of the sea and Fuerteventura. The space INTERESTING INFORMATION: Rustic, modern 4 bedroom villa with incredible panoramic sea and island views. Tranquil private villa with a large terrace, heated pool, jacuzzi, bbq, pool table, table football and huge sun terrace. Free WIFI, satellite smart TV with channels in most languages via satellite, The TV has Netflix, HBO, Prime etc Easy free parking on the villas porch. The town of Tias has shops, hairdressers, restaurants, health food shop, supermarkets etc, all a couple min by car or a 10 min walk. Lanzarote enjoys good weather throughout the year, an excellent location for winter sun. THE USUAL BORING STUFF NOBODY READS! INSIDE: The villa has four (4) large bedrooms each with its own private en-suite bathroom, there is also a toilet in the entrance hall. A large spacious living room with panoramic sea views, a chimney for colder evenings! A 70 inch TV and comfortable leather sofas. A large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, etc.), we also offer filtered drinking water from a small tap in the kitchen sink.There is A/C in the dining room area which cools down or heats up the kitchen and living room area too. We supply bedding, towels, beach towels, shampoo, gel, paper napkins, kitchen paper, scouring pads, hand and kitchen soap, detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher, bin bags, hair dryer, iron with board iron, clothespin and clothesline and a basic needs welcome pack. AIR-CONDITIONING: The house has 4 air-con units, one in the kitchen/dining room, one in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms, the other 2 bedrooms have fans and are generally cooler. OUTSIDE: The terrace has very comfortable and spacious areas, covered dining area with pergolas and a barbecue. Jacuzzi, big heated pool, pool table, life size chess board, outside bathroom, table football, darts, outside shower and sun loungers. SERVICES: We do weekly cleans including clean sheets and towels. If you stay between 8 and 13 days you will get the clean and sheet/towel change in the middle of your stay. Guest access Outside there is a large pergola area, outside dining area, heated swimming pool with a large private terrace facing south with sun loungers, as well as a shaded seating area, jacuzzi, BBQ and pool table. Other things to note WE PROVIDE We provide sheets, duvets, blankets, bath towels, hand and beach towels, gel, shampoo, salt, pepper, water, sugar, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, paper napkins, paper towels, mops and soap. There is detergent for the washing machine. We also provide iron, ironing board, pegs and clothesline. We provide a heater for the occasional winter night although we don’t think you’ll need it! If you are staying more than eight days in the bungalow, we will provide clean sheets and towels once a week. We also have a baby cot and high chair available should you need them.
