This fully remodeled home 1 block off Main Street Richfield is in walking distance to 2 parks, the city pool, restaurants and some of the best hiking, biking and running trails in Utah. Enjoy family time in the backyard with several gardens, porch, dining area, firepit, tree house and playground. Downstairs you'll find the master suite with a California King bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Upstairs there are two smaller bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with one. The space Welcome to our home, originally built in 1914 and thoughtfully remodeled and upgraded over three years to blend historic charm with modern safety, luxury, and convenience. This isn't just a property; it’s a place where we’ve poured our hearts into every corner. My wife Georgina has built these gardens with love, sweat, and plenty of hard work, planting a large assortment of plants, trees, flowers, as well as a variety of vegetables and herbs. Seasonal foods may include tomatoes, corn, lettuce, potatoes, onions, and garlic, alongside fruit from our apple, apricot, cherry, and pear trees. Feel free to enjoy any ripe pickings during your stay. For the little adventurers, our backyard features a treehouse and playground. Please supervise children at all times, as the treehouse is elevated. Find your favorite spot to relax around the property: enjoy the warmth of the propane heater on the back porch, dine under the table umbrella, lounge on the flagstone patio, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee by the greenhouse. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a double oven, an espresso machine, and all the essential cookware you might need. The master suite on the ground floor features a walk-in closet, zero-entry shower, and a high-quality heated bidet. There are Roku-enabled TVs in the living room, master suite, and double-bed room, while the third bedroom provides a peaceful retreat without a TV. Upstairs, there is a cabinet with a modest selection of board games as well as bookshelves with various genres of books, including children's titles. Situated just blocks from top mountain biking and ATV trails, our home is ideally positioned for those eager to explore the great outdoors directly from the doorstep. This home was re-designed for family, comfort, and everyday convenience. From modern conveniences to cozy gathering spaces, our home is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
