Villa Maxine can accommodate 14 people, it is ideally located in Criel-sur-Mer. Completely renovated in 2023, with modern and refined decor, it has all the comforts necessary for large groups. Its assets: the large terrace, the spa, the foosball table and the panoramic sea view. The villa is a 5-minute walk to Criel beach and is 15 minutes from Dieppe and 30 minutes from the Somme Bay by car. This is a perfect place to meet with friends or family! The space Villa Maxine features 4 bedrooms and a dorm, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets (including 2 separate), all on about 200m2 of house and 95m2 of terrace. The sea view terrace has a large table for outdoor lunch (14 people), 6 sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue. A sea view cocoon terrace has a spa (5 people) and a winter garden for tea or to rest. Let yourself be surprised by the long summer evenings, to watch the sunset with the stunning sea and horizon views! And in winter, you can do the same from the spa! On the ground floor, You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an American fridge, a microwave, an oven, two coffee machines (a capsule Nespresso and a filter for ground coffee). There is also a back kitchen/ laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge/ dining room is an open plan space with sea views and access to the terrace. It is furnished with a large sofa, TV and fireplace (wood available extra and on request / usable in winter). The dining room features a large table and foosball table. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a closet. Bedroom 2: One bedroom with 2 single beds 90cm that can be gathered together to form a 180cm bed Bathroom 1: Italian shower and small corner bathtub for children. Separate WC On the 1st floor, Bedroom 3: A large master suite with a balcony and sea view, a 160 cm bed, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 4: One double room with a 160cm bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with an Italian shower. Bedroom 5: The dorm contains 4 single beds 90cm, 2 can be moved together. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/ shower. Games are available at the garage: molki, badminton, pétanque, archery (for children), shutter. A real family home that will allow you to spend a stay with all the comforts of home, by the sea! Guest access The villa, terrace, veranda, hot tub, and garden are accessible to guests. Other things to note The pellet stove is functional in winter, pellet is available on request before your stay.
