One of the best features of this location is it's proximity to the Delaware and Ocean City areas. It's a 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach, 20 minute drive to the north end of OCMD and 25 minutes to the boardwalk in Rehoboth. The town limits the occupancy of this home to 10 persons over the age of 6. Children under 6 are not counted toward this number. Linens - Linens and towels are not included. You have a few options - * - Bring your own with you * - There are multiple local companies that offer linens and towels based on the number of people you have and can offer delivery as well * - I have worked out a discounted price with a linen company that would include bedding for all 9 beds and towels for an additional charge of $250 Amenities - Bear Trap charges an additional charge to use the amenities of the neighborhood. This includes the indoor and outdoor facilities as well as the beach shuttle. You will pay this direct to Bear Trap in the Pavilion and you would only pay for those that will use the services. You are paying per pass, not per person. The fee varies, and at the time of this posting is $55 in season and $40 off season. Landlord is not responsible for hours and or availability of amenities. Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted. Pet Addendum a) (2) Dogs maximum are allowed during the stay. No other pets, including cats are allowed. i) Tenant must advise Landlord the intention that dogs will be on premises and have the following information available per request from Landlord (1) Name (2) Breed (3) Color (4) Gender (5) Age (6) Weight (7) License Number b) Tenant agrees to the following terms: i) Tenant shall be responsible for Tenant’s Pet at all times. ii) Tenant will take all reasonable action to not allow Tenant’s Pet from creating a nuisance,annoyance and disturbance to the other tenants and neighbors. iii) Tenant’s Pet will be kept in appropriate areas within the Premises and will not be left unattended for an undue amount of time. iv) Tenant’s Pet will be under the full control of Tenant at all times and is allowed outside the Premises only if contained in a fenced in area or restrained on a leash or in a pet carrier. v) Tenant will clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste inside and outside the Premises including any and all common areas. vi) Tenant will comply with all applicable community association rules, statutes, local ordinances, rules and regulations. c) Tenant shall be liable for any damage, loss or injury caused by Tenant’s Pet. Tenant will pay all costs to repair, clean or replace any damage to the Premises including but not limited to carpets, floors, tiles, walls, doors, screens, windows, blinds, drapes, cabinets, landscaping and fences. d) Pet Fee / Deposit i) Tenant may be charged a pet fee or deposit at the time of booking e) Tenant shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Landlord against any and all liabilities, judgments, actions, suits, costs, expenses, losses or claims by third parties for injury to a person or damage to property caused by Tenant’s Pet. f) Tenant agrees to remove Tenant’s Pet immediately and permanently upon Landlord’s written demand if Landlord determines Tenant has violated any provision in this Addendum.
