River's Edge

Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin on Little Pigeon River. Located 6 miles to Dollywood, 9 miles to the Island and Tanger outlets. No steep or curvy mountain roads. The home is stocked with most everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation, including 2 kayaks and multiple river tubes for enjoying your time on the water. Spacious, flat front yard with the river directly in front of the home. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while you listen to the sound of the river from the spacious porches. The space Enjoy your time in the Smoky Mountains at our riverside cabin! The location is absolutely perfect for year-round fun and adventure. Traveling to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg from the cabin will be from the backside of Dollywood & allows you to avoid much of the usual Parkway traffic. The kitchen is fully stocked with many small appliances and items you would have in your own kitchen, such as a crock-pot, waffle iron, blender, mixer, and tea kettle. There is seating for 4 at the dining table and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. A charcoal grill and grilling accessories are available. There is also a table for 4 on the screened porch if you'd like to dine al fresco! Bring your fishing poles! The cabin is right on the Little Pigeon River, where you can enjoy fishing, tubing, swimming, wading, and kayaking. There is access to the river just in front of the home & there is a handrail on the path for your safety. You can put in the kayaks up the river and float down to the cabin or put in right at the cabin and float down to a convenient exit. We provide 2 kayaks with oars, multiple river tubes, 2 standard adult life jackets and 3 youth life jackets. River's Edge is located off of the busy main roads and conveniently located near all of the activities of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. There are NO steep, winding mountain roads to travel to this cabin. We have a closet stocked with various games for all ages. We also have several books for those who might enjoy reading while curling up on the porch swing and listening to the relaxing sounds of the river. TVs are in all bedrooms and also in the living room. All TVs are smart TVs with Xfinity TV service for your local programming and they also have a Roku setup. Guest access There is a flat paved driveway and also a flat gravel driveway. Other things to note PETS CONSIDERED - For your pet to be considered, always include information about your pets (the number of pets, breed, weight, etc). Only well-mannered pets are welcome at River's Edge and they must be crated when left alone in the cabin. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Please know that the renter will be responsible for any damages that occur from a pet. $100 pet fee
