Apartment Structure Bedroom: The apartment has a comfortable and well-lit bedroom with direct access to the balcony. Living Area: The bright living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, and a cabinet with a TV that broadcasts a wide selection of channels in various languages. The balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, providing a beautiful view and a pleasant space to relax. Kitchen: The open-space kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, including a microwave, hob, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. For added convenience, there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwashing detergent. Bathroom: The full bathroom features a shower, hairdryer, and hygiene items such as shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper. Important Information: We provide the following items for your convenience: shower gel, dishwashing detergent, a tablet for the dishwasher and one for the washing machine, garbage bags for the bathroom and kitchen, and toilet paper rolls (quantity depending on the number of guests). These items are provided before the start of your stay and are not replaced during your stay. Please note that we do not supply: Condiments Olive oil Shampoo PS: The loss of the elevator key, which will cost the replacement of the elevator cannon and the respective copies of the keys. The cost of the company responsible for the elevators is 150€. Guest access The apartment is located on the -1 floor of a building with an elevator. Access is available via stairs or directly into the apartment through the elevator using a specific key. **Note:** In case of loss of the elevator key, a fee of €150 will be charged for replacing the lock cylinder and keys, as per the elevator company’s pricing. Other things to note Check-in until 20:00 free of charge.
