The Salento seaside vacation cottage is located in Casalabate, a lovely seaside resort situated in the Upper Salento, on the border between the provinces of Lecce and Brindisi, on the Adriatic Sea. Casalabate in the last few years has been affected by redevelopment projects to also enhance the beautiful and long sandy beaches, the very high dunes rich in Mediterranean maquis, and the crystal-clear sea. The house is just 200 meters from the waterfront, where there are bars and clubs. In addition, a rich market is held in Casalabate every Sunday morning . - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the bedrooms. - Please note that upon arrival, payment of the security deposit of 150 euros is required by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found.
