Centrally located right in the town you are a stones throw away from all the shops, restaurants and beach. With three bedrooms, Cranford House can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. One well behaved dog is allowed per stay to be kept in the downstairs area and off sofas, beds and carpets! The space This top floor apartment is split over two floors. There is one bedroom on the lower floor with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, one which has a double bed and the other a super king bed. On the upper floor in the eaves there is a play area for children with books, toys, TV and games console. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for your stay. Including a coffee machine, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for two. The sitting room has a large sofa and armchair. There is also a dining table with bench seating, which can seat up to six people. There are smart TVs in all the bedrooms, the snug and also the sitting room. Netflix is set up on the bedroom and sitting room TVs and there is an extensive DVD collection of over 200 DVDs! The bathroom is modern with a large walk-in shower, double sink unit, bath and WC. The light up de-mist mirror also includes an integrated shaving socket. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Other things to note Parking restrictions apply on Belle Vue Street, however free parking is available on the adjacent streets.
