This is a Holiday space for short stay and longer vacations for business and leisure travelers looking for living in a friendly neighborhood It is located in one of the prime locations of Goa ie.Caranzalem. It is a 5 min drive ,walking distance to Miramar and Caranzalem beaches (about 1 kms )and famous Dona Paula Jetty is about 3 kms. Convenient for families with good transport connectivity to market,casinos, food joints and all amenities. The space This 2 BHK apartment is fully air-conditioned and located in a secured apartment complex in Caranzalem in North Goa ~The serene location makes for the perfect place to have your Airbnb stay. Our home has a large living area, a dining space , 2 bedrooms with one attached bath and one common bath , with queen size beds, wardrobes with an air-conditioner. Extra Mattress mattresses and linen to accommodate upto 6 guests. The living area cum dining area is well spread space with a sofa set and dining table with 4 chairs . The kitchen is equipped with amenities like a Kitchen Sink fridge , Microwave , Induction with basic utensils required to prepare anything from a cup of tea to light meals. A washing machine is also provided for your use. ~We are centrally located yet away from the noise and disturbance, our place is just walk distance to ATMs, Restaurants, Cafes, bakeries, Grocery stores, Cabs, Bike/Car Hiring at walking distance. Distances from the property: ~Calangute/Candolim/Baga/Anjuna Beach: 1km/3km/3km/10km ~Dabolim Airport-29km ~Thivim Rly stn-20km ~Karmali Rly stn-24km ~Mopa(north goa)Airport -38kms. The airport is 40 minutes away. the closest bus stand is Kadamba bus stand - Panjim. If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge. There is hot water in the washroom 24*7. House Rules :- 1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 2bhk space only. 2 CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival . 3) Damage deposit of 2000/- (for 2 rooms) – this amount shall be refunded to you on check out. This is mandatory to ensure damage control. 4. Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 2 Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in is subject to availability and can be confirmed one day prior to arrival. 5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform us incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 1000/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension. 6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility of your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something misplaces. 7. Inclusions – 2bhk air conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. 8. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. 9. Pets are not allowed. 10. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbors around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone. 11. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off. 12. Apartment AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. 13. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. 14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges) 15. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end. 18. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
