Our cozy bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with a Simba mattress and high-quality linen from the 'Secret Linen Store', ensuring a good night's sleep for all. For additional guests, there's a pull-out bed that can accommodate one adult or two children. Our property also boasts a small but well-equipped kitchen including an induction hob and microwave; perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. The shower room is modern and stylish, with all the amenities you need to refresh and rejuvenate after a day at the beach. One of the highlights of our Airbnb is the deck, where you can relax and soak up the sunshine while enjoying the fresh sea air. The AirB&B is located in the garden of a family home, the garden remains a family area, and with no physical barriers between the AirB&B and the main garden, we ask guests to try and remain in the property or on the decked area. (Obviously if you have little ones, like us, this might not be possible!) Fast wireless broadband has a strong signal throughout the property with upto 70Mbps connection, perfect if you need to work. We also provide a Bluetooth speaker from Sonos. For beach watersports fans; we are one of the closest AirB&B's from West Wittering beach and with the included space you'll be saving around £15 parking a day in peak season! East Wittering and Bracklesham is less restrictive. There is a local pub almost opposite the property with a fantastic beer garden and great food. East Wittering is a 20+ min walk away and has some awesome cafe's, restaurants and surf shops. In Bracklesham we have a dedicated Kitesurf, Wingfoil and SUP retailer. Walkers, dingy sailors, bird spotters, crabbers and sun worshippers alike will love the walk through the village to East Head sand dunes (RSPB land). Obviously if you have small children this would be hard to enforce, so we are aware that at times, the main garden will have to be shared with our little ones !
