The space The separate entrance is at ground level coming from the terrace and leads you directly into the living area. This includes an individually furnished kitchen. The dining area is equipped with an old wine press. Plenty of space, coziness to linger. When it comes to sleeping, the residence offers two beautiful "rest rooms." The sanitary area is equipped with two toilets and a separate shower. A small storage room is also provided. Guest access Very spacious sun terrace surrounded by Mediterranean flora and old linden trees. A place to unwind with a refreshing drink or delicious barbecue. Other things to note Relax, just let go. This is something special in this day and age. Just the view, the quiet location and the direct surroundings of the Rhine, vineyards, forest and castles. Bingen and Bacharach as well as shopping centers are just around the corner. Enjoy the naturalness, for example, on the large sun terrace (approx. 40 square meters). The apartment is integrated into an older winery in a sunny secluded location. We are easily accessible from the highway and the B9.
