Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located along hwy 62 for easy and quick access to all that NWA has to offer. The small town location offers scenic, but quick drives to local destinations such as Eureka Springs, Bentonville, and Rogers! This is the main floor of a home with a basement, so basement guests may be staying below you, please be respectful! This is the perfect place to rest your head while on your NWA adventure! This is the main level of the home that has been completely updated for your stay. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living area, dining area, and kitchen that are completely private to your stay. We also provide six bicycle racks so that you can lock bikes if you choose to bring some. There are also rooms in the basement where other guests may be staying below you. You do have access to a laundry room that you can use at your convivence, this is a shared space with the basement unit so please treat it accordingly. The master bedroom features a spacious king bed with a private bathroom entered only from the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a nice queen bed with access to the bathroom located in the hallway. The living area has a hide-a-bed in the couch and other areas to sit and enjoy the time spent at our place. We provide televisions is each bedroom and the living areas. For your viewing pleasure we do provide local channels accessed through the live TV option in ROKU. You are welcome to sign into any personal streaming services that you may have if you would prefer to watch additional entertainment. The kitchen is updated, and offers a full range of appliances including microwave, oven, stove top, blender, pots, pans, ect. Just bring your food and prepare it at the house! Access is provided by an electronic lock at the front door. Your personal code will be sent to you after reservation and will be automatically entered and removed based on your check in and check out times. The main level is private to you, with the exception of the laundry area which is shared with the basement unit. There is a lockable door between the laundry area and your space. Parking for the upper unit is in the carport area, so please be mindful of other guests when parking. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! Northwest Arkansas has much to offer for recreation and this is a quiet, nice place to call home during your visit.
