House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
