Cozy & Spacious Slope-Side Condo - Walk to Canyon

Walking distance from Canyon Lodge.  Our condo is next door to Austria Hof and is ideal for play and/or remote work with access to WiFi.  Our complex has an enclosed garage, game room, hot tub, pool and more.  Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the entire condo has high ceilings, is very spacious and is quiet since nobody is above you.  Relax next to the fireplace and watch TV in any room which all are smart TVs.  The loft is ideal for kids since it has windows & blackout curtains. The space Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club - Our 1400 sq. ft. condo is ideal for the snow or summer vacation. Walk to chair 7, to Canyon Lodge, and/or take the Gondola down to the Village. You can jump on the lifts for some incredible skiing/boarding or during the summer take the bike trail to our condo. The bike trail is directly behind our condo. Guest access During the summer months, guests will have access to the pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, basketball court, tennis court and volleyball court. During the winter guests will have access to game room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Other things to note Our place is one of the rare condos that is located walking distance from Canyon Lodge, has amazing hiking/biking trails (bike trail is directly behind our condo), has a pool and jacuzzi, Sauna, game room, tennis, basketball, volleyball, WiFi and allows dogs. PETS: ** Please do NOT leave pets unattended or alone in the condo, we have nice neighbors and other renters to consider. ** Pets are not allowed on rental unit furniture. Pets get on rental unit furniture. We'd like to keep the furniture nice for future guests as well. Please do your best to wipe paws before hitting the carpet. Dogs are welcome at $75 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs), however if there is an additional mess, excessive fur, or damage, there will be an additional charge to clean/repair (that goes for any additional people-mess too! The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Anything over and above that will be an additional charge) PARKING: Our unit has 1 parking spot in the attached garage - additional parking is limited to a first come, first served basis. The entrance to the complex has a steep driveway so chains or 4WD is advised on winter/snow days. Mammoth Ski & Racquet does a great job of clearing the snow, but you will need chains with any snow or ice. Please note: this condo is on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs and it IS NOT wheelchair accessible Coffee: We have a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, but WE DO NOT SUPPLY GROUNDS OR PODS, If you'd like to use the coffee pot or Keurig, please bring your own grounds or pods.
