Welcome to our bright, cozy, and comfortable 3-bedroom cabin, which is equipped with ample amenities for your convenience! The cabin can be accessed by using the door code on the front door. Please note that it is located on a raised platform, which requires climbing 2 steps to access the porch. All the amenities are located on the first floor. You will find three queen-size luxury mattresses along with bed linens and bath/hot tub towels provided for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and some basic seasonings. Coffees, teas, sugar, and creamer are also available, with the option of using either a Keurig or coffee pot. Dogs are welcome, but prior approval is required. Our cabin is a family-friendly environment, and we are happy to provide a high chair and a playpen for sleeping upon request. Please note that this is a private residence, and there is no shared space. However, we do have an owner's section for storage which is currently located in the basement and not available for access by guests. You will receive access codes and check-in instructions within 12 hours before your stay begins. Our private driveway is located at the top of a hill, and it has plenty of room to turn around a standard vehicle. Please avoid driving through the grass. If you are planning an ATV trip, please coordinate with us beforehand so we can discuss trailer parking. During the winter months, we advise you to have a 4WD vehicle to access the property. If you do not have a 4WD vehicle, you will have to park at the bottom of the short hill and walk up. We have a salt crew who assists in keeping the driveway clear, but this depends on the demand and timing of the weather. We kindly request your patience as we work to make your stay comfortable and accessible. We need to communicate with you throughout your stay. Please expect to receive a booking confirmation message, a check-in message, and a checkout message. It's important that you respond to these messages so that we can ensure you have the best experience possible. Also, please note that there are 2 outdoor cameras installed on the property. One is located at the front entrance with motion detection and sound recording turned on, while the other one overlooks the driveway leading to the road, also with motion detection and sound recording turned on. These cameras are installed for security reasons and your safety. We are located .5 miles from the Monday Creek Trailhead for your ATV or horseback riding. Located within 19 miles of all Hocking Hills State Park Trail Systems. Within 1 mile of multiple Wayne National Forest Hiking Trails. When you arrive, you will find a welcome book which contains all the necessary details for your stay. Please take the time to read the house rules upon arrival. Here are a few important house rules: - The minimum age for booking is 20. - No parties or events are allowed. - AWD/4WD vehicles are necessary for our driveway in the winter months. - We are not responsible for any area-wide internet outages. - A $50 one time dog fee will be added to your booking. - We do not provide refunds due to weather, natural disasters, or other acts of God. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of an emergency. We kindly ask that you be honest with your guest count for our cabin. We do not charge any additional guest fees, but we want to ensure that your stay is comfortable and your needs are met.
