AT THE DOMAINE DE LA PIVOINE Fully renovated accommodation with two bedrooms just 1 hour from Paris and Reims. From the end of November, the accommodation is adorned with pretty Christmas decorations for a warm and festive atmosphere perfect for enjoying the magic of the holidays, before, during or even after Christmas ✨ In a peaceful and green setting, you will have access to a shared swimming pool with our two other accommodations on the estate. It is open annually from May 1st to September 30th. The space Welcome to La Grange! This place is great for a stay with family or friends. It is perfectly equipped for your comfort and consists of: Inside: * A large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, accompanied by a perfect dining area to share convivial moments * A spacious storage room at the entrance to store your belongings in a practical and orderly manner * A comfortable and bright living room with large sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing * Two bedrooms upstairs that can accommodate up to 6 people: Bedroom 1: double bed with wardrobe Bedroom 2: two single beds (can be assembled into a large bed or separated according to your needs) + bunk bed with 2 beds * Modern bathroom with spacious shower Outside: * Fully private and fenced garden, perfect for children and your pets * Two private parking spaces Comfort and services: * Linens and towels included * Baby cot available (sheets to be provided) * Basic necessities provided (toilet paper, coffee, household products, shower gel, etc.) * Welcome booklet with all practical information, house rules and good local addresses Indoor and outdoor games room for children: A games room with foosball, ping pong table, bicycles, trampoline and swing, perfect for children to have fun and exercise safely. Guest access Pool details: - Heated with access from May 1 to September 30 (non-negotiable). - 4x8 meters in size - Telescopic roof that opens with the possibility of leaving it closed while swimming. - Barriers around the pool with a locked door to access it. - The pool is to be shared with our two other listings that are located on the same property. Other things to note We do not allow private parties/meals. The house has a maximum capacity of 6 people throughout the stay.
