The space This is a peaceful country home that merges antique taste with modern amenities. 2,500 SF home on 6 acres with 3 bedrooms, a family room, living room, dining room, and 2 workspaces with desks, there's more than enough space to spread out for quiet time. Each space has its own unique attributes, ranging from art, antiques, to music. Each room offers a view of either the front or back, with no neighbors in sight. The master bedroom with detached bathroom with bathroom jacuzzi jets. This room features a view of the back oak garden with private entrance to the back patio. There is an outside table by the lawn, a great space to enjoy morning and evening sun. We feature inside and outside games (varies by season and weather) - Ping pong - Badminton - Croquet - Horse shoes - Puzzles - Playing cards - Board games Full seating patio table with brick BBQ There are two dedicated workspaces inside, one in a bedroom and one in the living room. There is a large fenced yard and a small fenced dog run with water and food bowls near the side entrance with full visibility from the living room. Guest access Guests are welcome through the front door keypad. The code will be sent before arrival. To get to the back yard and patio area, use the laundry room door. Please remember to Lock all doors after using them, and to lock the interior doors pull up on the handle then twist the dead bolt. Other things to note The immaculate interior reflects colonial and asian antiquity and comfort, with classic crown molding, hardwood floors, and an indoor fireplace perfect for cold nights. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We have exterior cameras on all sides of the house, and noise decibel monitors inside allowable spaces. The home is on a septic tank, please, nothing in the toilet that doesn't belong. To lock exterior doors, pull up on the handle then turn the deadbolt. Leave garbage and recycling in appropriate cans outside the laundry room door, turn right down the walkway by the garage door. Please remember to Lock all doors after using them. We have local helpers who may come tend to plants, trees, or outside repairs during your stay.
