The villa is perfect for a stay in the countryside, a luxurious and fun-filled holiday in an authentic yet comfortable atmosphere. In addition to being a vacation home or short-term rental, the house can also be used as a venue for weddings, parties, dinners, aperitifs, vernissages, receptions, and any other event (upon prior arrangement with the owner regarding times and organization). Extremely well-connected, just a 15-minute drive from Bologna city center, the airport, and the train station. Guest access Guests generally have exclusive access to and use of the entire first floor, ground floor, loggia, and lawn in front of the house. The caretaker lives in another property within the same garden. Laundry service is reserved exclusively for staff. However, it can be requested by prior arrangement with our team, with an additional fee to be agreed upon. The laundry service is exclusively reserved for staff. However, it is possible to request it by prior arrangement with our team, with an additional fee to be agreed upon. Being closer to the nature than the common urban apartment, please keep in mind that in addition to our cats, occasional encounters with harmless garden “residents” may occur...such as small insects, lizards, squirrels, birds, hares and dormice. During low-season and mid-season (October, November, December, January, February and March), main heating is switched on only on request and may involve a supplement fee, based on the actual liters of diesel consumed to heat the villa. As a guarantee, an additional security deposit will be required at the time of check in of approx. €100 per day (exact amount to be agreed upon). This way we try to reduce consumption and air pollution. During high-season (April, May, June, July, August and September), domestic hot water for the shower is always included in the base fee. For the reservation to be valid, a copy of a current identity card is required - this is necessary in order to sign a rental contract for tourist use that regulates and protects the stay, which will be sent to the guest upon receipt of the aforementioned identity card.
