After 10 pm, please keep quiet and experience the tranquil life of Kyoto. ■ Infants aged 0 to 2 years can share a bed with parents free of charge. *If an extra bed is required, please include the infant in the adult count when booking. ■ Children aged 3 to 12 are charged the same accommodation fee as adults. *Preschoolers under 6 years old can be counted as infants if sharing a bed with a guardian. ■ Complimentary stays for children do not include towels or toiletries. Please prepare these yourself. If needed, include the child in the child or adult count when booking. ■ Will the room be cleaned, and amenities replaced for stays of 2 or more consecutive nights? → Room cleaning and replacement of amenities are not provided during the stay. ■ Cleaning services during the stay are available for a fee. Cleaning will be conducted by staff before and after your stay. For cleaning services during your stay, please send us a message at least one day in advance. Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes will be provided according to the number of adults included in the booking. These will not be replaced during the stay.
