Parents can be relaxing on the back porch while kids are playing in the pool with the other neighbors. I’m biased but we have one of the best pools in the area. - 1.5 miles from downtown - located on Elmer bike path Parking: 2 spots available for guests (non carport) NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND and no residual. The space Extremely accessible walking and biking opportunities. 3 level-house: -All bedrooms are on the top floor. -Main floor: kitchen, living/dining, laundry, coffee bar, and half bathroom - Basement: Sorry, storage area for owners only In addition: -We share walls on the east and west side but we rarely hear noises. We love our neighbors! -ROKU available -Recent updates: new doors and windows, new heat pump (2026) AC and heater, new sheets, comforter, new toilets, solar tube lighting in hallway, outside motion sensor light, new flooring on main floor, removed popcorn ceiling, new paint job, remodel primary bathroom and minor kitchen renovation. -Your phone will be your best resource for coffee shops, restaurants, hiking trails, Pearl Street, etc. -We would consider ourselves to be extremely environmental friendly (i.e. bikes are our main source of transportation, we produce more compost than trash, our energy comes from wind and solar, water efficient toilets, etc.). We encourage our guests to try some 'green' practices during the stay and we are happy to offer any ideas. Compost and recycling are below the sink and we have communal compost bins and recycling and trash dumpsters are just south (50 yards) from our unit. Guest access The communal spaces: Pool and outdoor spaces. (Patios are private to our location). Other things to note -No SMOKING of any kind in or around the house (We prefer non-smokers as we are sensitive to any type of smoke.
