Small cozy bungalow near the Havel

Our apartment is located in the countryside in the small district of Neuendorf. In about 15 minutes you can reach the city center (about 4 km) of Brandenburg by bike, in about 5 minutes by car. The bungalow was refurbished and renovated by us and now offers a cozy bedroom, a small bathroom, a living and dining room incl. kitchen. In front of the bungalow there is a small terrace with dining area and a parking space. It is located, separated by privacy fences, right next to our house. Other things to note Note: There may be construction work on neighboring properties at times. Since we have no control over the schedule or the scope of any potential construction work, we cannot rule out the possibility of occasional construction noise.
