This cute and very clean studio on the 3rd floor with ocean view was remodeled with love and passion in 23. You will find everything you need to enjoy your vacation here in New Smyrna Beach. The Beach and the 27th park (restrooms and showers) is right across the street, you can choose if you want to walk 300 steps across the street and turn right to the NO driving site of the beach or you can take your car und go to the left on the ramp and you can park on your favorite spot right on the beach. The space You will sleep in a queen size bed, take a break on a pull out chair, have a drink at the kitchen island or have dinner at the dining table. You can also use the dining table as a workstation, outlets are under the table. Guest access Pool: Enjoy our nice fenced poolarea with restrooms and outdoor shower. The entrance is between unit 105 (left after the elevator) and unit 104 (near the mailroom). Please remember to wash the sand off your beach equipment and your feet at the carwash station before entering the walkways and pool area. (We love the beach but don't want the sand everywhere in front of our front doors or on the pool furniture or pool water.) Laundry Room: Turn left twice when you come out of the elevator, the laundry room is between units 205 and 204. the code for the door is 4808. You can load money onto the blue laundry card we provide you or download an app. Please leave the laundry room tidy and please don't forget to clean the lint filter of the dryer after use. BBQ: The grill is at the Sunplaza (covered area in the parking lot). Please remove the cover and follow the rules - pull the grill away from the fence before you start and as with the other community things, leave the grill and Sunplaza tidy and please don't forget to turn off the gas bottle so that the next person also has gas :) When the grill has cooled down, please cover it again. Other things to note Please follow all posted signs on the property. Please follow the rules. Please be considerate of the residence. You will find everything important in the Welcome Book on the table. The entire building has been renovated!
