If you are on the island to work, one bedroom serves as a study/library with a workspace. The Brighton is a reader's paradise, filled with both fiction and non-fiction books that have thrilled my family through the years. Beach and pool equipment are available for your use as well as a corn hole game and other outdoor games. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condominium as well as the storage unit (to store beach equipment and toys, umbrellas, bicycles). Other things to note St. Simons Island is a dog-friendly beach year-round. Dogs are welcome on the beach all day with the exception of the summer months. Dogs are welcome on the beach until 9am and after 6pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
