This family friendly, pet friendly condo is fully equipped for your family's needs to make your stay comfortable and homey. The Brighton at Skiff Landing is in the heart of numerous restaurants and businesses within walking distance. The beach is only minutes away. If you are on the island to work, one bedroom serves as a study/library with a workspace. The Brighton is a reader's paradise, filled with both fiction and non-fiction books that have thrilled my family through the years. Beach and pool equipment are available for your use as well as a corn hole game and other outdoor games. Guests have access to the entire condominium as well as the storage unit (to store beach equipment and toys, umbrellas, bicycles). Although I am not on the island, I am only a short distance away and am available to assist during your stay should you have any issues. The beauty of St. Simons Island is reflected in Skiff Landing. Skiff Landing is located in the heart of St. Simons Island and is in an incredible proximity to countless restaurants, retailers and service providers of all kinds making it the ideal getaway. From its single entrance behind the Longview Shopping Center, residents can literally walk or bike to a variety of shops and services, including numerous restaurants and bars, the St. Simons Island post office, several banks, a hardware store, hair salons, a fitness center, a chiropractor, a church, and even a doggie day-care! And, hop in your car for a short, three-minute drive to the Pier Village or the beach! St. Simons is pedestrian friendly with walking and biking trails throughout. Golf carts are available for rent near the condominium complex and in other areas of the island if you want to explore the island, ride to the beach, or make short shopping trips. St. Simons Island is a dog-friendly beach year-round. Dogs are welcome on the beach all day with the exception of the summer months. Dogs are welcome on the beach until 9am and after 6pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
