The space Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Open concept living space. Dishwasher, water dispenser, washer & dryer, large deck with barbecue grill and lower deck with fire pit out to the side. Public boat ramp is available just a few yards away. We have Kayaks and life jackets available for those that want to venture out on the water. You can bring your jet skis or low draft boats for fishing or enjoying the sun. We have fishing rods for anyone that wants to try their luck at catching something. The river has a large variety of fish from pike, small mouth bass, walleye, and many more. For guests booking the winter months, please be aware that our street does NOT get plowed, so use your best judgement when there is snow. We can always rebook for another time if, the snow is too much for anyone. Guest access Guests have access to full property, all of the house, outdoor sauna, deck, bbq, lower deck and fire pit. Fire wood is available underneath the house. We highly recommend wearing some type footwear when walking the riverbank and in the water. Other things to note Please be advised that the house is located on a private road, so be mindful of your speed. You must let us know if you are bringing more than 2 dogs. We will be charging an additional $25 per day per additional dog. High speed internet and great cell phone service. If you’re looking for city vibe you’re only 15 minutes away from Downtown Binghamton. If you’re into skiing, you’re a 30 minute drive to Elk Mountain Ski resort. Conklin Golf Course is a ten minute drive. There are a ton of activities to do within a 20-30 miles radius. The water in the house is well water. There will be a slight smell and a bit of cloudiness. This is completely normal for houses in this area. We do have a water dispenser with spring water that gets delivered on a regular basis, for drinking and cooking with. Instacart and UberEats are available in the area.
