Pets are welcome The space This home features: 3 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms Open-concept living space with full kitchen & dishwasher Washer & dryer Spacious upper deck with BBQ grill Fire pit (firewood included) 10-person outdoor sauna overlooking the river + cold plunge tub to cool off Kayaks, life vests, and fishing rods provided Public boat ramp nearby – bring your own jet skis or low-draft boats Pet-friendly (see below for policy) High-speed Wi-Fi + strong cell service 🎣 The river is stocked with a variety of fish, including pike, walleye, and smallmouth bass. 🛑 Riverbank Notice: Due to natural changes in river levels, the riverbank is currently in rough condition. Please use caution and wear water shoes or sturdy footwear when walking near or in the water. 🛁New Addition We have added an outdoor soaking tub that has hot and cold water piped in. Can be soaking for soaking in the evening sun or as a cold plunge post sauna. Unfortunately we do not provided cleaning for the tub so use at your own descretion. 💧 Water Info: We use well water, which may have a slight smell or cloudiness — this is normal in this area. For drinking and cooking, we provide a spring water dispenser with regular deliveries of 5-gallon water jugs to keep things fresh and convenient. ❄️ Winter Notice: Our private road is not plowed during winter. Please use a 4WD vehicle or contact us about rebooking if travel may be unsafe due to snow. 🐾 Pet Policy: First two dogs stay free. Any additional dogs require advance notice and a $25 per day per dog fee. No Guest access You’ll have full access to: Entire home Sauna Outdoor soaking tub, can also be used as cold plunge BBQ grill on upper deck Fire pit (firewood provided) River access with kayaks and fishing gear Please remember to wear some sort shoes around the riverbank for safety.
