The space Inside, the home features an open floor plan with wood-style flooring, stone countertops, and premium appliances, including a built-in oven, ice maker, and beverage cooler in a beautifully appointed kitchen. The split layout ensures privacy, with the primary suite located on one side and the other bedrooms on the opposite end of the home. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes the private pool, a spacious patio with a covered lanai, all bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with fresh linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware, and comfortable shared spaces. Ample parking is also available. Make yourself at home and enjoy every corner of this tranquil oasis. Other things to note We’re thrilled to host you! To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please take a moment to review our house rules: Air Conditioning: Keep sliding doors closed while the AC is running. Do not set the AC below 70°F. Trash Disposal: Use large trash bags for all waste and place them in the valet trash bin (the plastic bench outside the front door). Dispose of any leftover or opened food and empty all bathroom trash. Towels: Place dirty towels on the laundry room floor. White towels are not allowed at the pool. Pool Etiquette: Dry off before entering the house. Use fabric chairs while indoors. Grill Usage: The grill has a $35 usage fee. Please notify us in advance if you’d like to use it. Dining Areas: Please eat only in the dining room, kitchen bar, or bar area. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas only. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground or grass; use the provided ashtrays or dispose of them properly. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the house. Inventory: All items, including towels, pillows, kitchenware, and linens, are inventoried.
