We have a Spectacular home directly on the beach that we would like to share with you. It includes gourmet kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, barbecue, and even its own private boat launch. There is plenty of yard to have a gathering. Sit by the campfire on the beach or enjoy a glass of wine in your private hot tub, overlooking the US Navy fleet of battleships. One of a kind place. The space This beautiful home is set on pilings, so you can listen to the water directly under your feet. You will fall in love with the wild life here. Sit back and watch the ducks splash around in the water, and the seals swim around. You can also hear the sea lions during the day. Brand new, six person hot tub has privacy and a perfect view. Guest access You have access to the entire house. We do have a few cupboards with our personals in there that will are labeled. A House Manual will be available to you when you get there. It will be located on the counter giving you all the information you need from internet info, to how to work the hot tub. There is a cleaning fee of $100,and a security deposit of $200 which is not charged to your account. The $200 is charged if we file an incident report. For example, if something major has been broken during your stay and needs to be replaced. Or, if we need to drain the hot tub due to broken glass or things of that nature. The guest agreement has all house rules listed, for example where to leave all used towels, as well as washing all dishes that has been used. We will be doing ALL cleaning except for the dishes, that's why we ask of you to please do those before leaving the home. If there is a huge pile of dishes, we will have to charge the $200, which is also in your guest agreement. Feel free to contact me for clarification. We also send you the front door code the morning of check in. Some things to know: We have a holding tank for our potable water, so we do ask each guest to be mindful of water usage. The driveway can be steep for a certain people, so you have to be careful getting in and out of the driveway. The house is on a main road, so in the house you can hear the cars driving by . Other things to note Kids are welcome, but not kid friendly due to the low railing and high tide. If you do bring kids, please watch them very carefully when they are outside in the yard. We are just afraid of them leaning over to look at the water and then falling forward in it. Summer Kayak Rentals. We have 3 singles for $50, each and one Tandem at $75. They come with life jackets as well .
