Welcome to Villa Penelope, This outstanding Villa is located in beautiful village of Agios Silas just 20 min away from Heraklion gives you the opportunity to enjoy the country side surrounded by a green landscape in just a few min from the city. Our place is ideal for any traveler that likes a peaceful place to relax but also for those who want to explore other parts of the island and learn the history of Crete! The space Our villa is a 140 square meters maisonette consisting of three bedrooms two bathrooms an open space kitchen living area, large verandas and garden. On the ground floor of the property you will find the open space area with the fully equipped kitchen where you will find all necessary appliances to prepare a meal or a snack for your loved one. The living area with the comfortable couch with the Smart Tv is a place where you will be able to spend some relaxed moments with your family or friends enjoying the interior of the house. The sofa can also be transformed in a double bed to accommodate 2 more guests nice and comfortably. For those who want to visit during the winter the fireplace on the corner of the living room makes the Villa the perfect place to create beautiful moments with everyone you love. The large wooden dining table is the ideal place to enjoy your family meals with comfort and style. Finally on the ground floor you will find full bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed. As you getting to the upper floor of the villa you will find the master bedroom with Queen size bed, the dressing room and smart TV where a couple can enjoy moments of privacy and relaxation. Furthermore for the guests that wish to work remotely in the master bedroom there is a desk that can be used as working space for convenience. In addition, the second bedroom on the floor has two single beds and a wardrobe. The main bathroom of the residence is also located on the upper floor and it is equipped with a large rounded bathtub. Finally the residence has a separate storage room with a washing/dryer machine that you can use whenever you need it. The crown jewel of the Villa is the outdoor spaces with the large verandas and the garden where you can enjoy the Sun and the stunning view of the Cretan hills all day long. The veranda on the ground floor has also an outdoor large dining table which is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals surrounded only by the sun and the sounds of birds and the natural environment. There you will also find our BBQ that you can use to prepare unique meals for you and your family. On the upper floor there another large veranda with a small table and chairs to relax and enjoy the view of local vineyards and the other side of the hills. Last but not least our garden is carefully designed with natural grass, trees and flowers to complete a magnificent landscape and all together complete an accommodation that you will never forget.
