It's a large, light double room with a velux window offering beautiful views over Glastonbury and beyond. There are tea/coffee making facilities, together with a mini fridge for your use. There are only 2 of us living here, not forgetting our Springer, Bonny who loves humans but please do be sure to close your bedroom door because she will sniff out any food that might be floating about. We will however, endeavour to keep her with us to avoid any embarrassing food stealing moments! Please note that we don't provide a TV in the room. Next door to the bedroom is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels and general toiletries will be provided for your use. Guest access Access is through the front door and upstairs to the bedroom on the left of the stairway. You will have access to the shower room next door. If you require breakfast, you are very welcome to use the family kitchen and, if the weather is being kind, the balcony which has stunning views (binoculars are always in the kitchen if you fancy seeing further afield!) However, if the weather doesn't permit outdoor eating, the views can still be seen and enjoyed from the kitchen table. During your stay One or both of us are generally around if you should need anything, but there may be occasions when we are both out at the same time for work commitments or walking the dog. We're very happy to set up a W/app group for any communications. Other things to note We would be very grateful if guests remove shoes before going upstairs to the guest room, but especially if it's wet etc. There's a shoe rack just as you come through the front door which you are very welcome to use, otherwise shoes can be taken upstairs to the room. There is also a toilet, second door on the right, as you come through the front door where you can hang coats etc if they're wet. If breakfast is required, you are very welcome to come to the family kitchen and serve yourself. There will be a kettle, toaster, cereals, bread, butter, preserves, tea, coffee and milk available to you. If you require a non-dairy milk option, then please do let us know prior to your arrival or any specific dietary requirements you may have. Please note that the kitchen is only accessible for breakfast between 8.00-9.30am. Under special circumstances these times be can flexible but please do let us know in advance if possible. We may or may not be around in the weekday mornings but we will always be contactable if you need anything.
