Since it is a bungalow, all rooms are located on a single story, which can be very convenient particularly for children or elderly people. The house offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a desk and can therefore be used as bedroom and/or as a study. The main room is an open plan living and dining area, which offers great views of the garden and the nearby forest. This room also offers a high-quality massage chair. The kitchen is located adjacent to the living-dining area and offers modern appliances and lots of cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub and towels for all guests are provided. In the basement of the house you can find a large utility room, which is equipped with washing machine and dryer. From the living-dining area and from one of the bedrooms, you have direct access to the porch. The porch is quite spacious but cosy and it is furnished with a large dining table. A staircase (equipped with safety stair gate) leads from the porch to the garden. The garden is completely enclosed (dog proof fence) and offers a "Saarland style" barbecue and several seating areas. There are driveways with parking for up to 5 cars on the property. Guest access As this is a private house you have sole access to all the house, the garden and the porch. Other things to note The house is located just a stones throw from grass fields, which are the perfect starting point for walks with a dog.
