Spitaki is a cozy, 2-bedroom ground floor apartment with island and traditional aesthetics, built in such a way that will make you feel at home. The house is located in the center of Megalochori, next to a supermarket, taverns and a bar, while an organized beach can be found just 450m away from the house. Spitaki is located away from the hustle and bustle of the street and in an alley from another era! The space The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe for your clothes, air conditioning (A/C) and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed and bunk beds with a double mattress, exterior shelves and hangers for your clothes, as well as air conditioning (A/C) and a wall fan. The open-plan living room and kitchen also have air conditioning (A/C). For the operation of the A/C, the windows of the house must remain closed. The backyard of the house is private and belongs to Spitaki, but it is also an entrance for the owner of the house located at the back of the yard. Guest access The key to your entrance to Spitaki will be in a Lock Box and you will receive it with the code you will give one day before your arrival. Upon entering the house, there is a card/key slot to activate the operation of the lighting fixtures and the A/C. Other things to note Upon arrival, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, various spices as well as bottled water await you to start your stay comfortably. The tourist tax is already included in the price per night, so there is no extra charge upon arrival. Please note that each guest must provide their full name and passport number, European ID number for European citizens or Greek tax ID for Greek citizens, for the arrival declaration required by the Greek tax collection law: Instruction numbers: 83 and 84 of Law 4472/2017.
