Cozy Haven V - bright small rooms, easy PubTr@ns.

My husband Peter and I, run the Airbnb at the top floor in our house - Cozy Haven. We welcome any guests looking for a simple yet comfortable and affordable accommodation. Small open, bright and cozy rooms, equipped with skylights and a wood-burning stove. We are centrally located in Kastrup, with easy public transport straight to the city center, Central Station or airport. The subway is just a short walk away. 5 adults is tight, but possible. Family with children cozy, 4 or fewer optimal. The space Please note there are a few steps to the entrance door, and a flight of stairs inside leading up to the rooms. Large or heavy suitcases might be a bit of a challenge – no worries, you're welcome to leave them downstairs 🙃 The space in our tight little Airbnb is divided into a room with a door, an open room extended to a small kitchenette (no stove), a loft and a bathroom. The room with a door has a small double bed, best suited for a (couple in love) or an adult and a child. There is also a bed at the opposite end of the room, and a travel cot that can be unfolded for the smallest in the family. Here is a small table for three persons and a wood-burning stove for free use. The open room can be screened off with a curtain against the kitchen side. The room has a good bed that can be extended for two people if desired. Be aware if the double bed option is used, the common space is significantly reduced. Here you will find a dining table for 5 + a Handy Sit for the baby, an armchair, TV and a working desk with an adjustable chair. The small kitchen is an extension of the open room. Here you will find all the necessary small kitchenette equipment for breakfast or take-away, incl. a small fridge and microwave that can be used. You will find a good bakery, a butcher and a grocery shop in the shopping center next door for breakfast,open-faced Danish sandwiches and any other necessities. The room with a door and the open room have a ceiling fan between them, which means that the wall that separates the rooms is open at the top, to make the air circulate. It might seem slightly less private to some. The stairs leading up in the open room, offers an easy access to the small, but cozy loft (only 1m high). It is furnished with two mattresses where an adult (two adults innlove) or two children can have a den and sleep comfortably, with a view across the load-bearing beams. We offer coffee and tea to be made on the small kettle + fresh milk in the fridge on arrival. The entire floor has fast WiFi and each of the two rooms has an ethernet connection of 1000/1000 Mbps that can be accessed via USB-C in all the room. Guest access After entering the front door, you will find the rooms up the stairs and then to the right. Around the corner at the top of the stairs the small kitchenette facilities are located. Here you will find a small fridge and a microwave oven. The bathroom is opposite the rooms and the continuing black stairs leads up to the loft. These are the areas that will be available during the stay. The room diagonally to the left at the top of the stairs and the small corner opposite is private - please see the floor plan among the pictures. There is a laundry room in the basement - let us know if you need your laundry done (1 wash free, others 5€ for wash/dry). During your stay We are always as a minimum available on the mobile, but often we will be at home and can help whenever needed. Other things to note Cleaning still takes place extra thoroughly due to the previous COVID-19 recommendations on changeover days. Surfaces, handles and handrails family and guests have common contact with, will be cleaned daily. Any doubt fell free to ask. Inspired by numerous of reviews online and in our guest books, we came up with a more proper name we have decided to use for our Airbnb - Cozy Haven. "A cozy haven is a place that is warm, comfortable, and inviting. It is a space where you can relax and feel at ease."
