It's wonderful to sit by the water on patio area, having a beer or glass of wine, Its an amazing place to relax. There is a large area to fish from right from the dock. My sister caught a large bass right from the dock (see photos). Kids can jump in the water and use the ladder to get out of the lake. They can feed the ducks on the beach. It's the perfect place to work from home or to distance learning for kids, There is 2 new kayaks for our guests to enjoy the lake. The view is beautiful. It's easy access and we have plenty of parking. We have electricity on dock for bass boats to recharge batteries, Perfect for bass fisherman, 4 minutes from the public launch in Clearlake Oaks. Can't beat that. This is my third listing...I am a superhost with La Maison du Lac and Casablanca Other things to note Please note that Clearlake is a natural lake with a natural algae cycle that varies throughout the summer. We do not accept cancellation due to lake conditions, level of water. If you want to know more about lake conditions, you can always look online for the most recent report from Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians. Clearlake has algae blooming yearly during summer. We do have a pet policy. You MUST tell the owner about your pet when booking. There is pet fees. We DO NOT accept all breeds.
