The space Open floor plan, large great room with kitchen, eat in and bar and 4 stools. Attached dining with 4 seats room seating 6, 3 bedrooms, primary has memory foam king bed, large flat screen TV, small workout area and attached bathroom with tub, shower and private toilet. Second bedroom has a queen, TV, Closet and small desk. Third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and twin trundle, TV and toys for the kids. We have a wraparound front port with fans and seating, the back porch is attached to the kitchen/ great room and has seating, gas heaters, Flat screen TV. Off the screened in porch is a modest fenced in back yard. Kitchen has a convection stove, dishwasher, large fridge and filtered water and ice maker. Kitchen is equipped with everything you should need. Guest access First floor, porches and yard. Basement is for the owners who may be on site however each unit is separate and private. Other things to note Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Any guest parking must be limited to the driveway, no street/grass parking. If you need more, please contact us before booking. Parties and events must be noted prior to booking. Pets must be approved. Extra tables and chairs are available for small gathering, but you must request prior to your stay. No smoking inside. No illegal activities permitted. No unattended children at any time. Please do not park in front of the garage doors.
