The space The house is 100 sqm and has all the comforts to accommodate up to 4 adults ( plus kids). All furnishing is new and carefully sourced. The apartment consists of the following spaces: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open spacious living room / kitchen and a big garden. - The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with air-condition, huge wardrobes and fully equipped amenities. Here you will find a comfortable mattress, reading lights, a hairdryer and space for your luggage. Each room features a balcony door and windows that overlook the house's garden. - The house also provides 2 cribs with anatomical sleeping mattresses for children. - The kitchen space is large and fully equipped to enjoy cooking, fitted with modern luxury appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher and hob). A coffee filter machine for your morning cup and toaster are also available. A large dining table is also there for you to enjoy your breakfasts and meals. - The living room is spacious with two comfy sofas and TV. - The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and essential amenities (towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap). - The garden has a large lawn, table and chairs for you to enjoy reading, playing a game, eat and drink or just simply be! Other things to note The house is located just 40 minutes away from the center of Athens by car. Moreover, there's a ferry boat within 800 meters that can take you to Evia within 30 minutes.
